Service Availability:
Commander Business ADSL service is currently available in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia and the Northern Territory.
Things you need to know:
1. All plans are subject to a 12 or 24 month agreement. Bundled pricing is only available to customers with an active fixed line and ADSL service with Commander on the same account. If the customer cancels their fixed line service then their ADSL data plan will be moved to Standard pricing. 2. Speeds are theoretical network maximum speeds. Actual speeds may vary due to a number of factors including network configuration, line quality & length, exchange type, customer premises interference, traffic, equipment and software About70% of customers on the 8Mbps/384k plan can access speeds around 6Mbps or more. Customers may need to purchase a new modem and filters. 3. Included Data is based on the greater of the uploaded or downloaded traffic. 4. Monthly Charges are charged in advance and refer to the minimum amount the customer is due to pay each month for their ADSL service. 5. Set-up fee for bundled plans is $0. Customer must have an active fixed line service on the same account. Set-up fees are a once off charge and will be applied to the first invoice for Standard plans. 6. Total Minimum Cost includes Set-up Fee charged separately, where applicable. Early Termination Fees (ETF) apply. The ETF is calculated at 50% of the Monthly Charge multiplied by the number of months remaining on the contract. 7. Compatible Wireless Router included on 24 month agreements. 8. Free Static IP address is subject to change with notice. Pricing correct as at 29 November 2010 and subject to change without notice.
