1. Service delivered via the Optus 3G/HSDPA GSM network, subject to network availability. Minimum Monthly Spend, is the minimum account you can expect to pay, not including excess data usage. Minimum Contract Term is 24 months. An Early Termination Fee (“ETF”) applies if the plan is cancelled before the end of the contract. ETF is calculated at $29.00 Inc. GST multiplied by the number of months remaining on the contract. 2. Customers can expect wireless broadband speeds between 512 kbps and 1.5 Mbps in 3G areas, peaking at 3.6 Mbps, and non broadband speeds in GSM only coverage areas. Both upload and download data is counted towards the total monthly usage. Excess usage beyond your included value will be charged at 10c/Mb. Excess usage is capped at $99 per month. If you reach the excess usage cap of $99 your service will be suspended until the first day of the following month. Usage can be tracked online at www.commander.com/my-commander. 4. SMS and International Roaming are not supported on this product. 5. This offer does not qualify for any bundling discounts with other Commander Services. 6. Customers can upgrade to higher plans without penalty. Downgrading from a higher plan will incur a $20 administration fee but will not result in any ETF.
