|What do I have to do?||Absolutely nothing. We will take care of the transition to Commander for you. These FAQs contain details of important information you should be aware of as a result of the transfer.

|Will my Customer Number change?||No, there will be no change to your existing customer number.|
|Will there be any changes to my services, equipment or pricing as a result?||No, there will be no change to your services, equipment or pricing as a result of the transfer.
You will retain your existing service numbers, email addresses and domains and there should be no effect on the equipment you currently use for these services.
Any bundling benefits or discounts you currently receive will still apply, and you will also have access to special discounts and offers available on Commander products.
Your current agreement will continue to apply to the provision of your services. For those customers governed by the Primus SFOA, the Primus Telecom ‘Standard Form of Agreement (SFOA)’ will be available at www.commander.com/primus.
|When will I receive my first Commander branded invoice?||Your first Commander branded invoice will arrive in December, 2013. |Will any of my payment details change?||No, there will be no change to your current payment details. You can continue to pay your new Commander branded bill the same way you do today.|

|Will I still be able to access the Primus Telecom website? How do I access my Webmail?||Yes, you will still be able to access the Primus Telecom website at the usual address. Your webmail will also remain accessible using your existing login details. From December the Primus Telecom website will redirect to a dedicated page on the Commander website.|
|Will I still be able to manage my account online?||Yes, you will still be able to manage your account online as you have done in the past. Your log in details will remain unchanged.|
